Here are the points mentioned in the policies are regarding the time slots selected by the customer in the checkout process on the www.ambalacakes.com website.
The orders are processed as per the time slot is chosen by the customer and we accept cancellation request if the following conditions are stated below-
1. If the cancellation request comes to Ambala Cakes one day before the delivery date selected than 100% charges will be cancellation charges and will refund to your bank account or can be requested in Ambala Cakes wallet (As Store Credit ).
2. If the cancellation request comes to Ambala Cakes the same day before 10 hours to the start of the time slot selected than 20% charges will be cancellation charges and 80% will refund to your bank account or a 100% refund can be requested in Ambala Cakes wallet (As Store Credit ).
3. If the cancellation request comes to Ambala Cakes before 6 hours to the start of the time slot selected than 100% will be charged as cancellation charges and no refund is applicable
NO cancellation requests are accepted on orders placed in the following categories-
1. Same day delivery category - If the delivery date and the time of order placed are the same, we do not accept a cancellation request. If you cancel it, or the receiver does not receive it - you are not entitled to any refund.
2. Before 6 hours same day mid-night delivery orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Same-day special day orders cannot be cancelled and no refund is initiated for them.

Same day Orders
We request the customer to choose the same date and time slot given as per the system. We will accept the order for the same day till 6 pm and for the same day midnight we take up to 8 pm.
If due to some circumstances or mishappening if the delivery not happens we will deliver next day after confirming with the customer.
